Charlice LaFavor

Charlice has been with CSFCO for approximately 30 years. She served on-site at an American multinational conglomerate manufacturing corporation for CSFCO for 6 years before becoming involved with the administration side of the business. She provides support in any capacity needed to keep operations flowing and on track. 

Charlice now serves as CEO and Board Chair for CSFCO Inc. Her long-time experience with the company ensures what needs to be done gets completed thoroughly and on time. Her procedural knowledge of each sector of the business makes her a vital asset to the company.
