Safety is a value that starts at the core of every employee's attitude. We also believe safety can be no better than its weakest participant. Therefore, we require in-depth training and testing to ensure each of our employees understand their role in creating a safe work environment. We participate in numerous nationally recognized training facilities for our initial training and continuing education to ensure employees have the tools necessary to perform their task.
Quality
The management of CSFCO Inc. believes in properly supporting the Quality Control Department, which includes understanding that the quality of the product must meet the highest possible standard.
- Our QA/QC manager is responsible for the quality of all piping or support projects.
- The quality manager and inspectors are certified to SNT-TC-1A Level II and AWS.
- Inspectors are trained and certified by ASNT Level III.
- A complete QA/QC manual can be provided before fabrication starts.
- A complete QA/QC package is provided with each project.
- All pipe spools and/or supports are inspected to ensure applicable codes are being met.
- All welders are tested to either ASME Section IX or AWS D1.1
- Hydro and pneumatic testing are available upon request.
- Dye penetrant, magnetic particle or third party radiographic examination can be provided upon request.
